FAQ

General Information

2024 and 2025 pricing: $13,500 for a three-night weekend stay. This includes 1 Event Day, Security/Valet, and an Onsite Coordinator. 

There are special weekends where 2 night bookings are allowed. They are limited and usually last minute. Normally, a 3 night minimum is required. But please inquire and we will see what we can make work! 

Yes, you are required to purchase Day of Event Insurance. Insurance must be provided within 30 days of your date.

Yes! We allow most outside vendors. We only require that they all provide insurance and Day of Insurance is provided. 

Yes, we collect a $5000 security deposit that is fully-refundable if all rules are followed. Expect the deposit to be returned within 7 days of checkout if there is no damage. 

Renting a Residential Venue for an intimate gathering or event can offer a number of benefits. One of the biggest advantages is that it can provide a more intimate and personal setting for your special day. Instead of a traditional venue, you can choose a unique and charming property that reflects your personal style and tastes. Additionally, Residential Venues often come with more amenities and space than traditional venues, allowing you to comfortably host your guests and have all the necessary areas for your event. You can also often save money when renting a Residential Venue. Many rentals offer full kitchens and outdoor spaces, which can be used to prepare meals and hold receptions without the need to hire outside caterers or rent additional equipment. Additionally, renting a Residential Venue for your wedding will give you and your guests the opportunity to stay on site and make it a weekend getaway or vacation.

The Planning Process

No, currently we only provide the space. We do have an in-house Event Coordinator who can assist with all these specifics and we will gladly share her contact info.

Several properties have basic decorations available for your use. Feel free to bring in any decor to fit your style or
theme. We do not allow glitter or rice. 

You may have access to the facility for setup as early as 9:00 am. Please contact your host for accurate checkin times. Checkin times are based on the schedule of our other guests’ checkout. 

Quiet hours are in place at 10:00 p.m. We allow 30 minutes after for tear down and for vendors to vacate the premises. Guests not staying the night should be off the property by 10:00 p.m.

The Day Of

You will be assigned an Onsite Coordinator after signing your contract who will be your main contact for the venue. She will be able to help answer any questions your may have.

No. We do not assist in any setup. We maintain beautiful properties and allow you to use the space. 

Yes. Photos can be taken anywhere throughout the property.

Alcohol on Premises

If you have a hosted bar, you may bring in a beer, wine or sparkling wine to be served in addition at the bar throughout your event at no additional charge. If you have alcohol at your event, a Bartender is required.
